Business Analyst & Operations Lead: My Journey Leading a Digital Transformation Project with Citywide Recognition
As Business Analyst and Operations Lead, I oversaw a Digital Transformation Project, leading the implementation of a smart e-ticketing system through Android POS. This system served over 2000 real-time users and 550 fleets. The project's successful launch gained recognition in our city's newspaper.
